Imperial Oscietra Caviar

Our Imperial Oscietra is produced from the sturgeon Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii which is indigenous to the Caspian Sea and traditionally known as the Russian Sturgeon. The Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon becomes caviar mature at 10-14 years, bearing a firmer textured egg with a kaleidoscope of colours from warm brownie greys to dark golden yellows. With a rich buttery and nutty flavour, and a wonderfully smooth after note, this caviar is always a standout.
