Exmoor Smoked Sturgeon

Direct from the UK's only caviar producer comes these lightly smoked sturgeon fillets. Cured and then smoked the traditional way over smouldering oak logs, the delicate smoky flavour works in harmony with the uniquely smooth and buttery sturgeon flesh. Serve the thin slices with the natural companion, Cornish Salted Exmoor Caviar. Alternatively, enjoy the smoked sturgeon as sashimi style slithers with traditional Japanese condiments, or with your favourite salad ingredients as a substitute to smoked salmon. The beautiful marbled texture means thin slices crisp up perfectly in the frying pan or alternatively dice the flesh in to cubes and fry off as you would crispy lardons.
